Baykov împotriva Rusiei

Condițiile de transport ale dlui Baykov între închisoarea de reținere și tribunal erau compatibile cu art. 3 din Convenție? În special, guvernul este solicitat să indice: (a) De câte ori a fost transportat între închisoarea de reținere și judecată și la care date? (b) Cât timp a fost drumul? (c) De cât spațiu a fost permis reclamantului în duba de închisoare? (d) A avut reclamant acces la toaletă în timpul călătoriei?

(e) A fost disponibilă apă de băut pentru el? (f) Compartimentele de transport au fost ventilate în zile calde și încălzite în zile rece?

ADDITIONAL QUESTION

Were the conditions of transport of Mr Baykov between the remand prison and the courthouse compatible with Article 3 of the Convention? In particular, the Government are requested to indicate: (a) How many times was he transported between the remand prison and the courthouse and on which dates? (b) How long was the way? (c) How much space was allowed for the applicant in the prison van? (d) Did the applicant have access to toilet during the trip? (e) Was drinking water available to him? (f) Were the transportation compartments ventilated on hot days and heated on cold days?
