În urma pronunțarii hotărârii Curții în cazul reclamantului, reclamantul a depus o cerere la Curtea de district Golovinskiy din Moscova, solicitându-i să revizuiască hotărârea din 30 octombrie 2012, astfel cum a fost confirmată la 12 martie 2013 de Curtea de oraș din Moscova prin care Curtea de district a revocat titlul reclamantului la apartamentul situat la 12-5 Ulitsa Lavochkina, Moscova, a ordonat expulziarea sa și a returnat apartamentul la orașul Moscova. La 10 aprilie 2017, Curtea de District a respins cererea reclamantului. Reclamantul a făcut apel. Părțile nu au informat Curții cu privire la rezultatul procedurii.

Following the delivery of the judgment by the Court in the applicant’s case, the applicant lodged an application with the Golovinskiy District Court of Moscow, asking it to review the judgment of 30 October 2012 as upheld on 12 March 2013 by the Moscow City Court whereby the District Court had revoked the applicant’s title to the flat located at 12-5 Ulitsa Lavochkina, Moscow, ordered his eviction and returned the flat to the City of Moscow. 7. On 10 April 2017 the District Court dismissed the applicant’s application. The applicant appealed. The parties have not informed the Court of the outcome of the proceedings.
