SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the ban imposed by the courts on a public demonstration organised by the applicant in front of the residence of the leader of the governing political party. The applicant complains under Article 6 § 1 of that the court proceedings were not fair because he did not have sufficient time to prepare and under Article 11 of the Convention that his right to freedom of assembly was breached.
