A existat o încălcare a articolului 8 din Convenție în acest caz? SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the domestic courts’ refusal to find that certain statements about the applicants in a video aired on a private TV channel affected their reputation. It raises an issue under Article 8 of the Convention.
