Pe lângă hotărârile din cauza instituítă de reclamant împotriva portalului internet, se face trimitere la hotărârea Curții Supreme din 8 martie 2012 (nr. V CSK 109/11) și la hotărârea Curții de Apel a Wroclaw din 29 iunie 2012 (nr. I ACa 631/12) dată în cazul instituít de reclamant împotriva T.B.

In addition to the judgments given in the case instituted by the applicant against the internet portal, reference is made to the Supreme Court’s judgment of 8 March 2012 (no.
