Publicat la 6 octombrie 2025 CUARTĂ SECȚIUNE Cerere nr. 50680/22 Anatpoliy Viktorovych GUPAL și Tetyana Viktorivna GUPAL împotriva Rusiei și 21 alte cereri (a se vedea tabelul anexat) INFORMAȚII PROCEDURALE În urma unei examinări preliminare a admisibilității cererilor la 18 septembrie 2025, Curtea a hotărât, în temeiul articolului 54 § (b) din Regulamentul Curții, această notificare a cererilor ar trebui dată guvernului Rusiei. Este de remarcat că problema competenței asupra zonei în care incidentele care au avut ca rezultat plângerile au fost examinate și hotărâte de Marea Camere a Curții în cazul Ucrainei și Țărilor de Jos c. Rusia ([GC], nr. 8019/16 și altele 3, §§ 327-66, 9 iulie 2025), concluziile Marei Camere vor fi aplicate în aceste cazuri individuale. În unele cereri, au fost formulate alte plângeri, examinarea lor a fost suspendată sau au fost eliminate din lista de cazuri sau declarate inadmisibile de către Curte, care a stat într-o formare de un singur judecător, asistat de un raportor, astfel cum se prevede la art. 24 2 din Convenție. În tabelul închis, ori de câte ori un solicitant este referit la utilizarea inițialelor, acest lucru indică faptul că Curtea a autorizat anonimitatea acestei persoane, a căror identitate nu va fi divulgată publicului (art. 47 alineatul 4). Pe 07/06/22 reclamantul a depus o plângere la poliția ucraineană. Following a preliminary examination of the admissibility of the applications on 18 September 2025, the Court decided, under Rule
