În special, instanțele interne au stabilit existența tuturor elementelor infracțiunii de care reclamanții au fost condamnați și prezintă motivele hotărârilor lor (a se vedea Karimov și alții c. Azerbaidjan , nr. 24219/16 și altele 2, 22 iulie 2021)? SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASES

The present four applications concern the domestic courts’ decisions sentencing the applicants to various periods of administrative detention under Article 528 of the Code of Administrative Offences for non-enforcement of a court judgment.
