Publicată la 30 mai 2023 CĂTĂTEA CĂTĂTĂȚĂ Cerere nr. 45302/19 Nikolay Yuryevich BURTSEV împotriva Rusiei și alte 69 de cereri (vezi lista anexată) INFORMARE PROCURATORIE După o examinare preliminară a admisibilității cererilor la 4 mai 2023, Curtea a decis, în conformitate cu Regula 54 § 2 (b) din Regulamentul Curții, că cererile trebuie notificate Guvernului Rusiei. În cererile marcate cu un asterisc, alte plângeri au fost ridicate. Această parte a cererilor a fost șterse din listele de cazuri ale Curții sau declarată inadmisibilă de Curtea, într-o formație de un singur judecător, asistată de un raportor, așa cum este prevăzut la art. 24 § 2 din Convenție. În lista anexată a cererilor, ori de câte ori se face referire la această inițială, reclamantul indică faptul că a fost autorizat să facă referire la această procedură, a cărei identitate nu va fi stabilită în temeiul Legii Rusiei.

El se plânge, de asemenea, de cătușele de rutină în IK-5, Regiunea Vologda de la 20/10/1994 (Shlykov și alții împotriva Rusiei, nr. 78638/11 și alții 3, § 77-93, 19 ianuarie 2021). Curțile interne au respins plângerile sale.
