Krivopishin împotriva Rusiei

Reclamanții sunt patru resortisanți ruși, ale căror nume și date de naștere sunt prezentate în anexă. Guvernul rus („Guvernul”) este reprezentat de dl G. Matyushkin, reprezentant al Federației Ruse la Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului. Faptele cazului, astfel cum au fost prezentate de părți, pot fi rezumate după cum urmează. Reclamanții au depus în judecată autorităților de stat în instanța internă pentru plată a diferitelor sume monetare datorii în temeiul legislației ruse. Instanțele au stat în favoarea reclamanților și au ordonat autorităților să plătească diverse sume sub formă de sume forfetare și/sau de plăți periodice care urmează să fie actualizate în conformitate cu inflația din țară.

Aceste hotărâri au devenit obligatorii, dar autoritățile și-au întârziat executarea.

The applicants are four Russian nationals, whose names and dates of birth are shown in the Annex. The Russian Government (“the Government”) are represented by Mr G. Matyushkin, Representative of the Russian Federation at the European Court of Human Rights. The facts of the case, as submitted by the parties, may be summarised as follows. The applicants sued the State authorities in domestic courts for payment of various monetary sums due under the Russian law. The courts held for the applicants and ordered the authorities to pay various amounts in the form of lump sums and/or of periodic payments to be upgraded in line with the inflation in the country. These judgments became binding but the authorities delayed their enforcement.
