Publicat la 24 iunie 2024 SECȚIUNE TERZĂ Cererea nr. 31274/19 Rubens Aleksandrovich MARO împotriva Rusiei și a altor 34 de aplicații (a se vedea tabelul anexat) INFORMAȚII PROCEDURALE În urma unei examinări preliminare a admisibilității cererilor la 30 mai 2024, Curtea a hotărât, în temeiul articolului 54 alineatul (2) litera (b) din Regulamentul de procedură, că ar trebui să fie comunicată Guvernului Rusiei. În cererile marcate de un asterisc, au fost formulate alte plângeri. Această parte din cereri a fost eliminată din lista de cazuri sau declarată inadmisibilă de către Curte, care a stat într-o formă de un singur judecător, asistat de un raportor, astfel cum se prevede la art. 24 § 2 din Convenție.

În tabelul închis, ori de câte ori se face referire la un reclamant folosind inițiale, acest lucru indică faptul că Curtea a autorizat anonimitatea acestei persoane, a căror identitate nu va fi divulgată publicului (art. 47 § 4). PROCEDURAL INFORMATION

Following a preliminary examination of the admissibility of the applications on 30 May 2024, the Court decided, under Rule 54 § 2 (b) of the Rules of Court, that notice of the applications should be given to the Government of Russia. In the applications marked by an asterisk, other complaints were raised. This part of the applications has been struck out of the Court’s list of cases or declared inadmissible by the Court, sitting in a single-judge formation, assisted by a rapporteur as provided for in Article 24 § 2 of the Convention. SUBJECT MATTER

The applications concern complaints raised under Article 3 and Article 13 of the Convention relating to inhuman and degrading treatment of outcast inmates as a result of segregation, humiliating practices and abuse in their daily life while in detention, heightened risk of inter-prisoner violence (prison hierarchy) and the lack of any effective remedy in domestic law which are the subject of well-established case law of the Court (see S.P. and Others v. Russia, nos. 36463/11 and 10 others, 2 May 2023 and D v. Latvia, no. 76680/17, 11 January 2024).
