În baza articolului 8 din Convenție, reclamanții se plâng de monitorizarea de către un ofițer sau de înregistrarea prin intermediul dispozitivelor tehnice ale întâlnirilor cu membrii familiei lor în timpul vizitelor în închisoare. A existat o ingerință în dreptul reclamanților de a respecta viața lor privată și de familie și/sau corespondența, în sensul articolului 8 § 1 din Convenție, din cauza prezenței unui ofițer în timpul întâlnirilor reclamanților cu membrii familiei și/sau înregistrarea conversațiilor lor? SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The applications concern the right of the applicants, who were detained at the time of the events, to confidential communication with their family members.

Relying on Article 8 of the Convention, the applicants complain about the monitoring by an officer or the recording by means of technical devices of their meetings with their family members during their visits in prison.
