Cazul de la decizia 14779/10 Gábor MAKÓ și László MAKÓ 30/09/2014 842/10 István NAGY ȘI ALTI 30/09/2014 (Adoptat de Comitetul de Miniștri la 11 iunie 2015 la a 1230-a ședință a Deputaților Miniștrilor) Comitetul de Miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor așezări prietenoase, așa cum apar în deciziile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Convenția”), având în vedere faptul că în aceste cazuri Curtea a luat notă oficială de aședințele prietenoase atinse de guvernul statului respondent și de reclamanții, și că a fost satisfăcută că aședițiile au fost bazate pe drepturile omului în conformitate cu art. 4 din Convenția DLARES.

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”),

Considering that in these cases the Court, having taken formal note of the friendly settlements reached by the government of the respondent State and the applicants, and having been satisfied that the settlements were based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided to strike these cases from its list;

Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State,

DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and

DECIDES to close their examination.
