Comunicat la 25 februarie 2016 și 28 februarie 2017 CUARTA DECIZIE Cerere nr. 20346/15 Stephen GALLI împotriva Maltai depusă la 1 iulie 2015 Faptele și plângerile din prezenta cerere au fost rezumate în Declarația de fapte și întrebări a Curții către părți, care este disponibilă în HUDOC. Actele și omisiunile reprezentantului reclamantului sunt desemnate în cadrul sistemului intern de asistență juridică imputabil statului? A existat vreun obstacol de către stat în acest caz cu exercitarea efectivă a dreptului la cerere al reclamantului, asigurat prin art. 34 din Convenție?
