Cazul de la decizia 36398/08 SOCIETATEA ROMÂNĂ DE TELEVIZIUNE 15/10/2013 (Adoptat de Comitetul de Miniștri la 29 iunie 2016 la ședința 1261 a Deputaților Miniștrilor) Comitetul de Miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor aranjamente prietenoase așa cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene de Drepturi Omului (denumit în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), având în vedere că, în acest caz, Curtea a luat notă oficială de aranjament prietenos atins de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamant, și a fost satisfăcut că decontarea s-a bazat pe respectul drepturilor omului astfel cum este definit în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât, în unanimitate, de la lista satism că termenul de dedecontat comun de guvernul statul stat (atul DH-DD-DD3 )

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”),

Considering that in this case the Court, having taken formal note of friendly settlement reached by the government of the respondent state and the applicant, and having been satisfied that the settlement was based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided, unanimously, to strike this case from its list;

Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlement were executed by the government of the respondent State (see document

DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and

DECIDES to close its examination.
