CUARTA DECIZIE DECIZIE Nr. 37398/08 Nina Tarasivna PERKOVSKA împotriva Ucrainei și a altor două cereri (a se vedea tabelul anexat) Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului (a patra secțiune), care așezează la 18 mai 2017 în calitate de comitet compus din: Vincent A. De Gaetano, președinte, Iulia Motoc, Marko Bošnjak, judecători și Karen Reid, grefierul secțiunii, Având în vedere cererile depuse mai sus la diferitele date indicate în tabelul anexat, având în vedere observațiile prezentate de Guvernul contestat, după deliberare, hotărăște după cum urmează: FACTE ȘI PROCEDURĂ Lista reclamanților și detaliile relevante ale cererilor sunt prezentate în tabelul anexat. 13 din Convenția privind durata excesivă a procedurilor civile și lipsa oricărei soluții eficace în dreptul intern au fost comunicate guvernului ucrainean („Guvernului”). 6 § 1 și 13 din Convenție Curtea, după examinarea tuturor materialelor care i-au fost prezentate și având în vedere jurisprudența sa privind acest subiect, consideră că plângerile reclamanților din cadrul acestui cap sunt inadmisibile deoarece durata procedurii nu a fost excesivă sau irezonabilă (a se vedea Yuryeva și Yuryev c. Ucraina , nr. 3431/03, § 43, 31 iulie 2012). Având în vedere cele de mai sus, Curtea constată că aceste plângeri sunt vădit nefondate și trebuie respinse în conformitate cu art. 35 §§ 3 și 4 din Convenție. Din aceste motive, Curtea, în unanimitate, decide să se alăture cererilor; declara cererea inadmisibilă. The applicants’ complaints under Articles

13 of the Convention concerning the excessive length of civil proceedings and the lack of any effective remedy in domestic law were communicated to the Ukrainian Government (“the Government”).

Having regard to the similar subject matter of the applications, the Court finds it appropriate to examine them jointly in a single decision.

Complaints under
Articles
6 § 1 and
13 of the Convention
The Court, having examined all the materials submitted to it and having regard to its case-law on the subject, considers that the applicants’ complaints under this head are inadmissible since the length of the proceedings was not excessive or unreasonable (see,
Yuryeva and Yuryev v.
Ukraine
, no. 3431/03, § 43, 31 July 2012).
In view of the above, the Court finds that these complaints are manifestly ill-founded and must be rejected in accordance with Article 35 §§ 3 and 4 of the Convention.
For these reasons, the Court, unanimously,
Decides
to join the applications;
Declares
the applications inadmissible.
