Reclamanții s-au plâns de lungimea excesivă a diferitelor proceduri civile în temeiul articolului 6 § 1 din Convenție. În primul caz, Curtea Constituţională a constatat încălcarea dreptului său la o audiere într-un timp rezonabil, dar nu a acordat niciun prejudiciu. În ceea ce privește cel de-al treilea reclamant, Curtea Constituțională și-a respins recursul. În cele din urmă, în ceea ce privește celelalte două reclamante, Curtea Constituțională a susținut că nu au formulat plângere cu privire la durata procedurii.
