The application concerns the applicant’s complaint under Article 6 § 2 of the Convention as regards the statements given to the press by the police during the criminal proceedings against the applicant indicating that the applicant was guilty of murder he was charged with. QUESTION tO THE PARTIES Did the statements given to the press by the police violate the applicant’s presumption of innocence, guaranteed by Article 6 § 2 of the Convention?
