Comunicat la 5 iunie 2019 SEGUNDA SECȚIUNE Cerere nr. 7012/14 Vitalie CREȚU împotriva Republicii Moldova depusă la 31 decembrie 2013 OBIECTUL CAUZEI Cererea se referă la maltratarea reclamantului în timpul evenimentelor din aprilie 2009, când sute de persoane au fost arestate. Instanțele interne au constatat că reclamantul a fost tratat rău și i-a acordat echivalentul de 592 euro în daune morale. Cererea ridică o problemă în temeiul articolului 3 din Convenție. A existat încălcarea articolului 3 din Convenție în acest caz? În special, reclamantul poate încă să pretinde că este victimă de o astfel de încălcare, având în vedere condamnarea ofițerilor pe care l-a acuzat de răul său tratament și valoarea compensației acordate de instanțe interne (a se vedea Ciorap v. Moldova (n. 2), nr. 7481/06, §§ 18-25, 20 iulie 2010)?

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the applicant’s ill-treatment during the events of April 2009, when hundreds of persons were arrested. The domestic courts found that the applicant had been ill-treated and awarded him the equivalent of 592 euros in moral damages.

The application raises an issue under Article 3 of the Convention.

QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
