DECIZIE DE DECIZIE Nr. 51898/17 Thalia IOANNOU CHIRA și alții împotriva Türkiye și a altor 6 cereri (a se vedea lista anexată) Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului (Secțiunea a doua), care așezează la 3 februarie 2026 ca comitet al comitetului compus din: Jovan Ilievski , Președinte , Gediminas Sagatys , Hugh Mercer , judecători și Dorothee von Arnim , grefierul adjunct al secțiunii , având în vedere cererile depuse mai sus la diferitele date indicate în tabelul anexat , având în vedere deliberarea , hotărât după cum urmează: FACTS ȘI PROCEDURĂ 1. O listă a solicitanților și detaliile relevante sunt prezentate în apendice. Solicitanții s-au plâns de o neexecuție prelungită a premiilor „Republicii Turci din nordul Ciprului” („TRNC”) Imobilizabile („IPC”) acordate în favoarea lor, de absența unui interes legal pentru o astfel de întârziere în aplicare și de lipsa unor remedii eficace.
Acestea au susținut, de asemenea, că au fost discriminate pe baza originei lor grecocipriote. Solicitanții se bazează pe articolele 6, 8, 13 și 14 din Convenția și pe art. 1 din Protocolul nr. 1 la Convenție. La datele specificate în apendice, reclamanții și reprezentanții acestora au informat Curtea că atribuirea IPC în favoarea solicitanților a fost executată în mod corespunzător și că, prin urmare, nu doresc să își continue cauzele în fața Curții. Legea 4. Având în vedere subiectul similar al cererilor, Curtea consideră oportun să le examineze în comun într-o singură decizie. Având în vedere cele de mai sus și în absența unor circumstanțe speciale referitoare la respectarea drepturilor garantate de Convenția sau de protocolele sale, Curtea consideră, în conformitate cu art. 37 alineatul (1) litera (a) din Convenție, că nu mai este justificat continuarea examinării cererilor.
Având în vedere cele de mai sus, este necesar să se scoată din listă cazurile. Din aceste motive, Curtea, în unanimitate, decide să se alăture cererilor; decide să scoată cererile din lista cauzelor sale.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE
1. A list of the applicants and the relevant details are set out in the appendix.
The applicants complained of a prolonged non-enforcement of the “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus” (“TRNC”) Immovable Property Commission (“IPC”) awards made in their favour, the absence of any statutory interest for such a delay in enforcement and a lack of effective remedies. They also alleged that they had been discriminated against on the basis of their Greek Cypriot origin. The applicants relied on Articles 6, 8, 13 and 14 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention.
On the dates specified in the appendix, the applicants and their representatives informed the Court that the IPC award in the applicants’ favour had been duly executed and that therefore they did not wish to pursue their cases before the Court. THE LAW
Having regard to the similar subject matter of the applications, the Court finds it appropriate to examine them jointly in a single decision.
In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the applications.
In view of the above, it is appropriate to strike the cases out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to join the applications; Decides to strike the applications out of its list of cases. Done in English and notified in writing on 5 March 2026.
