adoptarea de către autoritățile statului contestat, dacă este necesar: a măsurilor individuale pentru a pune capăt încălcărilor stabilite și a șterge consecințele acestora, astfel încât să atingă, în măsura posibilului, restabilirea în integritate și a măsurilor generale de prevenire a încălcărilor similare; după ce a invitat Guvernul Statului pârât să informeze Comitetul cu privire la măsurile luate pentru a respecta obligația menționată anterior; După examinarea informațiilor furnizate de guvern, care indică măsurile individuale adoptate pentru a aduce atingere hotărârilor (a se vedea documentul DH-DD(2022)1288 ) și informațiile furnizate în ceea ce privește plata satisfacției echitabile atribuite de Curte; constatând că reclamantul din Leontiuc nu mai a fost în detenție în reținere și că procedura în cauză în Halip și Velea au fost încheiate la momentul hotărârilor Curții; observand în continuare că toate reclamanții au încetat de atunci să își îndeplinească condamnarea la închisoare și că, în cazul în care a fost acordată, satisfăciunea justă a fost plătită și, prin urmare, având în vedere faptul că în aceste cazuri nu sunt necesare măsuri individuale suplimentare;
