restabilirea în integritate și a măsurilor generale de prevenire a încălcărilor similare; după ce a invitat Guvernul Statului pârât să informeze Comitetul cu privire la măsurile luate pentru a respecta obligația menționată anterior; După examinarea raportului de acțiune furnizat de guvern în care se indică măsurile individuale adoptate pentru executarea acestor hotărâri și subliniind că în aceste cazuri Curtea nu a pronunțat o atribuire justă de satisfacție (a se vedea documentul DH-DD(2025)1218 Având în vedere faptul că problema măsurilor individuale a fost rezolvată, având în vedere faptul că reclamanții nu mai suferă consecințe din cauza încălcării constatate de Curte; reamintind că problema măsurilor generale necesare în răspunsul la deficiențele constatate de Curte în aceste hotărâri continuă să fie examinată în cadrul cauzei Mironescu c. România (nr. 17504/18), de asemenea, având în vedere concluziile Curții în aceste cazuri, și că închiderea acestor cazuri nu prejudecă în niciun caz evaluarea măsurilor generale a Comitetului în legătură cu restricția nejustificată a drepturilor de vot a reclamanților care îndeplinesc o condamnare la închisoare în afara grupului electoral al locului lor de ședere; DECLARA că a exercitat funcțiile sale în temeiul articolului 46 alineatul (2) din Convenție în aceste cazuri; CONCLUDE că măsurile individuale necesare au fost adoptate;
DECIDE să continue să supravegheze adoptarea măsurilor generale necesare restricția nejustificată a drepturilor de vot a reclamanților care îndeplinesc o condamnare în afara grupului electoral al locului lor de reședință în cazul Mironescu v. România (nr. 17504/18); DECIDE să închidă examinarea acestor cazuri.
