17/03/2015 22307/12 Elena HIDEC 21/04/2015 17672/14 Constantin Vlăduț IORGU 21/04/2015 6/14 LICA 17/03/2015 13191/13 Maria OLARU 31/03/2015 10304/13 Tudor PANDELE 31/03/2015 31935/11 Ștefan Octavian PETROFF 21/04/2015 65057/11 Emil ȘANDOR 21/04/2015 6368/14 Neculai STAMATE 31/03/2015 (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 17 November 2015 at the 1240th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies) The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”), Considering that in these cases the Court, having taken formal note of the friendly settlements reached by the government of the respondent State and the applicants, and having been satisfied that the settlements were based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided to strike these cases from its list; Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State, DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
