77452/12 Muzaffer YILDIZ 15/09/2015 58250/12 Uğur YILMAZ 15/09/2015 66856/12 Halil YILMAZ 15/09/2015 65332/12 Ercan YOLAL 19/05/2015 81769/12 Ali YOLCU 15/09/2015 (Aprobat de Comitetul de Miniștri la 30 martie 2016 la 1252a ședință a Deputaților Miniștrilor) Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat act oficial de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții, și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a decis să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.
