cerere nr. 299978/11 18/09/2012 KUTLU, cererea nr. 73757/11 13/11/2012 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor așezări prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”); Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluții prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții, și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.
