Data hotărârii Ferreira Domingues Simões, cererea nr. 7041/10 10/05/2011 Figueiredo Martins Amorim, aplicarea nr. 24773/10 21/06/2011 Quinta Do Vallado – Sociedade Agrícola, LDA, cererile nr. 28595/10 și 30816/10 10/05/2011 Comitetul de Miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor așezări prietenoase, așa cum apar în deciziile Curții Europene a drepturilor omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea omului”); având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea a luat notă oficială de aceste așecuri prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții, și a fost satisfăcută că așaționată că aranjamentelele sunt bazate pe respectarea drepturilor omului astfel cum au fost definit în Convenției sau în Protocolurile sale, hotă în mod unanim, după caz; [1] Adoptată de Comitetul de Miniștri la 6 decembrie 2012 la a 1157-a ședință a Deputaților miniștri.

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”);

Considering that in these cases the Court, having taken formal note of friendly settlements reached by the government of the respondent State and the applicants, and having been satisfied that the settlements were based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided, unanimously, to strike these cases out of its list;

Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly-settlements were executed by the respondent State,

DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and

DECIDES to close their examination.
