13 și 14 din Convenție și s-a angajat să plătească fiecăruia dintre solicitanți anumite sume de compensare, precum și costuri și cheltuieli; că s-a angajat, de asemenea, să adopte mai multe măsuri generale de combatere a discriminării împotriva romilor din județul în cauză, pentru a stimula participarea lor la viața economică, socială, educativă, culturală și politică a comunității locale, pentru a sprijini schimbările pozitive ale opiniei publice în ceea ce privește acestea, precum și pentru a preveni și rezolva conflictele care pot genera violență; Remarcand faptul că în hotărârile sale, Curtea a hotărât, în unanimitate, să elimine cazurile din listă, deoarece cerințele de aplicare a articolului 37 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Convenție au fost îndeplinite în cazurile prezente, și că nu există nicio altă atenție specială legată de respectarea drepturilor omului garantate în Convenția, justificată urmărirea cererii în temeiul articolului 37 alineatul (1) având în vedere normele adoptate de Comitetul de miniștri cu privire la aplicarea articolului 46 alineatul (2) din convenție; după ce a invitat Guvernul Statului pârât să-l informeze cu privire la măsurile luate în urma hotărârilor, având în vedere obligația sa în temeiul articolului 46 alineatul (1) din convenție de a respecta aceasta;
