The applicant, Mr Mirko Lovrić, is a Croatian national who was born in 1955 and lives in Privlaka. He was represented before the Court by Mr K. Gloković, a lawyer practising in Županja. The Croatian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Ms Š. Stažnik. The applicant’s complaints, under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention, concerning the alleged unfairness of the administrative pension proceedings, were communicated to the Government, who submitted their observations on the admissibility and merits.
