21/03/2017 76762/13 Constantin STĂNICĂ ȘI 6 ALTE APLICARI 12/01/2017 Comitetul de Miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor așezări prietenoase, astfel cum apar în deciziile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumit în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), având în vedere că în aceste cazuri Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de așezările prietenoase atinse de guvernul statului ipotecător și de solicitanți și a fost satisfăcută că aședițiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum sunt definite în Convenția sau în Protocolul său, a decis să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; având în vedere faptul că termenii aședirilor prietenoase au fost executate de guvernul statul ipoartei Ipoartei, DECLARES că a exercitat funcțiile sale în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) al Convenției și al Convenției și DECIDESIDEA.

21/03/2017 76762/13 Constantin STĂNICĂ AND 6 OTHER APPLICATIONS 12/01/2017 The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”), Considering that in these cases the Court, having taken formal note of the friendly settlements reached by the government of the respondent State and the applicants and having been satisfied that the settlements were based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided to strike these cases from its list; Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State, DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
