Lazar-Marțian SIDOR ȘI Viorel GĂBUDEAN 01/12/2016 5612/14 Marius Cezar ȘUȚĂ 06/12/2016 1343/14 Maria TOMA 22/11/2016 8100/15 Nicolae VASILESCU 13/12/2016 40313/15 Gabriel-Alexandru VIȘTEANU ȘI 2 ALTE APLICAȚII 09/02/2017 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.
