Publicat la 17 martie 2025 CIFTH SECȚIUNE Cererea nr. 42416/23 M.K. și alții împotriva Greciei depusă la 11 decembrie 2023 comunicată la 25 februarie 2025 OBIECTUL CAUZEI Cererea se referă la condițiile de viață ale reclamanților, la două mame singure și la copiii lor minori, în Centrul de Acces Controlat Inchis (CCAC) Kos. Reclamanții se bazează pe articolele 3 și 13 din Convenție. Având în vedere faptul că reclamanții erau mame singure și copiii lor minori, și cu privire în continuare la acuzațiile de la doi dintre solicitanți cu privire la lipsa accesului la asistență medicală adecvată, au fost condițiile de viață ale acestora în cadrul Centrului de acces controlat închis (CCAC) Kos compatibil cu art. 3 din Convenție?

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the living conditions of the applicants, two single mothers and their minor children, in the Closed Controlled Access Center (CCAC) of Kos. The applicants rely on Articles 3 and 13 of the Convention.

QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES

1. Having regard to the fact that the applicants were single mothers and their minor children, and with further regard to the allegations of two of the applicants about the lack of access to appropriate medical care, were their living conditions inside the Closed Controlled Access Center (CCAC) of Kos compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?
