FACTS AND PROCEDURE
1. The applicant, Ms Mary Alina Sandu, was born in 1969 and lives in Bucharest.
The applicant’s complaints under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention and Article 1 of the Protocol No. 1 concerning the non-enforcement of a final judgment were communicated to the Romanian Government (“the Government”), who submitted observations on the admissibility and merits.
Since her last correspondence dated 16 March 2011, no submissions on the progress of the case have been received by the Court from the applicant.
By letter dated 2 November 2017, sent by registered post, the applicant was invited to inform the Court about any developments of the proceedings at the domestic level. The applicant’s attention was drawn to Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, which provides that the Court may strike an application out of its list of cases where the circumstances lead to the conclusion that the applicant does not intend to pursue the application.
The applicant received this letter on 9 November 2017. However, no response has been received in reply. THE LAW

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine , the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the application.
