Cererea nr. 62529/14 Volodymyr Vasylyovych ABRAMOVYCH împotriva Ucrainei și a Rusiei Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (prima secțiune), care așezează la 21 martie 2019 în calitate de comitet compus din: Aleš Pejchal, președinte, Jovan Ilievski, Gilberto Felici, judecători și Liv Tigerstedt, secretar adjunct al secțiunii interioare, având în vedere cererea depusă la 16 septembrie 2014, Având deliberat, hotărăște după cum urmează: FACTE ȘI PROCEDIMENTE Reclamantul, dl Volodymyr Vasylyovych Abramovych, s-a născut în 1966. El a fost reprezentat în fața Curții de către dna A. Pavlyuk, un avocat care practică în Kiev. Plecările reclamantului în temeiul articolelor 2, 3, 5 § 1 și 13 din Convenție au fost comunicate guvernului ucrainean („Guvernul”).

La 4 aprilie 2018, reclamantul a informat Registrul că a vrut să retragă cererea la Curte. HOTĂRÂREA Având în vedere cele de mai sus și în absența unor circumstanțe speciale privind respectarea drepturilor garantate de Convenția și de protocolele sale, Curtea, în conformitate cu articolul (a) din Convenție, consideră că nu mai este justificat continuarea examinării cererii. În consecință, cazul ar trebui eliminat din listă. Din aceste motive, Curtea, în unanimitate, decide să ia cererea din lista cazurilor sale. FACTS AND PROCEDURE

The applicant, Mr Volodymyr Vasylyovych Abramovych, was born in 1966. He was represented before the Court by Ms A. Pavlyuk, a lawyer practising in Kyiv. The applicant’s complaints under Articles 2, 3, 5 § 1 and 13 of the Convention were communicated to the Ukrainian Government (“the Government”). On 4 April 2018 the applicant informed the Registry that he wanted to withdraw his application to the Court. THE LAW In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention and the Protocols thereto, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application.
