Publicat la 30 mai 2023 PRIMEA SECȚIUNE Cererea nr. 37136/18 Konstantin Vasilyevich KONSHIN împotriva Rusiei și a altor 62 de cereri (a se vedea listă anexată) INFORMAȚII PROCEDURALE În urma unei examinări preliminare a admisibilității cererilor la 4 mai 2023, Curtea a hotărât, în temeiul articolului 54 alineatul (2) litera (b) din Regulamentul de procedură, că ar trebui să fie comunicată Guvernului Rusiei.
