CASE OF GREECE AGAINST THE UNITED KINGDOM

Rezoluția ResDH(2006)24 privind publicarea raportului Comisiei în cazul Greciei împotriva Regatului Unit (depunerea nr. 299/57) (Adoptat de Comitetul de Miniștri la 5 aprilie 2006 la cea de-a 961-a ședință a Deputaților Miniștri) Comitetul de Miniștri, întrucât Comitetul de Miniștri a hotărât să înceteze examinarea cazului prin Rezoluția (59) 32 din 14 decembrie 1959; având în vedere cererea depusă de Guvernul Regatului Unit la 9 martie 2006 de a adopta raportul Comisiei Europene a Drepturilor Omului la 8 iulie 1959 în cazul Greciei împotriva Regatului Unit a făcut public; hotărât să facă public raportul Comisiei menționat anterior.

concerning the publication of the Commission’s report

in the case of Greece against the United Kingdom (application No. 299/57)

at the 961st meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies)

The Committee of Ministers,

Whereas the Committee of Ministers decided to terminate the examination of the case by Resolution

(59) 32 of 14 December 1959;

Having regard to the request made by the Government of the United Kingdom on 9 March 2006 to have the report adopted by the European Commission of Human Rights on 8 July 1959 in the case of Greece against the United Kingdom made public;

Decided to make public the above-mentioned report of the Commission.
