Rezoluția CM/ResDH(2011)226 [1] Execuția hotărârilor Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului în 2 cazuri împotriva Letoniei (a se vedea mai jos) Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 46 alineatul (2) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea hotărârilor finale ale Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”); având în vedere hotărârile transmise de către Curtea de către comitet după ce au devenit finale; având în vedere că Guvernul Statului pârât să informeze Comitetul cu privire la măsurile luate pentru a se conforma obligației sale în temeiul articolului 46 alineatul (1) din Convenția de a respecta doar satisfacția prevăzută în hotărârile, DECLARES, având în vedere informațiile furnizate de guvern în conformitate cu normele Comitetului pentru aplicarea articolului 46 alineatul (2) din Convenție; Informații privind hotărârile în două cazuri împotriva Hotărârii din Letonia (no. de cerere) Hotărârea finală privind decizia de închidere Zaicevs (65022/01) 31/07/2007 31/10/2007 iunie 2009 1059-a ședință A/S Diena și Ozoliδš (16657/03) 12/07/2007 12/10/2007 decembrie 2008 1043-a ședință adoptată de Comitetul de Miniștri la 2 decembrie 2011 la a 1128-a ședință a Deputaților Miniștilor

Execution of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights

in 2 cases against Latvia

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 46, paragraph 2, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of final judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”);

Having regard to the judgments transmitted by the Court to the Committee once they had become final;

Having invited the government of the respondent state to inform the Committee of the measures taken to comply with its obligation under Article 46, paragraph 1, of the Convention to abide by the judgments;

Having examined the information provided by the government in accordance with the Committee’s Rules for the application of Article 46, paragraph 2, of the Convention;

Having further satisfied itself that the respondent state paid the applicants the just satisfaction provided in the judgments,

DECLARES, in the light of the above, that it has exercised its functions under Article 46, paragraph 2, of the Convention in these cases and

DECIDES to close the examination of these cases.
