Cauza Data deciziei 43108/12 Khaliel BASARAT 21/04/2015 23816/08 Q.A. 02/06/2015 (Adoptat de Comitetul de Miniștri la 17 noiembrie 2015 la cea de-a 1240-a ședință a Deputaților miniștri) Comitetul de Miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39, punctul 4 din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea aranjamentelor prietenoase, așa cum au apărut în deciziile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumit în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), având în vedere că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială a aranjamentelor prietenoase atinse de guvernul statului citat și de solicitanți, și după ce a fost mulțumit că însemnarea a fost bazată pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în art. 39 alin.

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”),

Considering that in these cases the Court, having taken formal note of the friendly settlements reached by the government of the respondent State and the applicants, and having been satisfied that the settlements were based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided to strike these cases from its list;

Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State,

DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and

DECIDES to close their examination.
