Rezoluția CM/ResDH(2016)344 Execuția hotărârilor Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului 12 cauze împotriva Poloniei Hotărârea nr. 56609/13 Przemysław Wojciech RODZOCH 22/03/2016 58562/13 Tomasz CYBULA 02/02/2016 59085/14 Ryszard SOLI Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat act oficial de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții, și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a decis să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.

decided to strike these cases from its list; Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State, DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
