Rasul Jafarov împotriva Azerbaidjanului

Comunicat la 3 decembrie 2014 și 25 iunie 2015 PRIMEA SECȚIUNE Cerințele nr. 69981/14 și 81553/12 Rasul JAFAROV împotriva Azerbaidjanului și Hilal MAMMADOV împotriva Azerbaidjanului depuse la 10 octombrie 2014 și, respectiv, 19 noiembrie 2012. Având în vedere suspendarea licenței juridice a avocatului reclamantului, a existat vreun obstacol de către stat în prezent cu exercitarea efectivă a dreptului la cerere al reclamantului, asigurat de art. 34 din Convenție?

In view of the suspension of the legal licence of the applicants’ lawyer, has there been any hindrance by the State in the present cases with the effective exercise of the applicants’ right of application, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention?
