Având în vedere suspendarea licenței juridice a avocatului reclamantului, a existat vreun obstacol de către stat în prezent cu exercitarea efectivă a dreptului la cerere al reclamantului, asigurat de art. 34 din Convenție?

In view of the suspension of the legal licence of the applicants’ lawyer, has there been any hindrance by the State in the present cases with the effective exercise of the applicants’ right of application, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention?
