26/01/2016 48052/13 Konstantinos STIGGOS și Loukia NIKOLA 23/02/2016 33054/12 Atanasios VALAKOS 15/12/2015 76907/11 Apostolos VALIGIANNOPOULOS 26/04/2016 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor aranjamente prietenoase în timp ce apar în deciziile Curții Europene a drepturilor omului (denumit în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), având în vedere că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea a luat notă oficială de înțelegerile prietenoase a cărora guvernul statului și reclamanții au fost executate, și că a fost satisfăcută că aranjamentele s-au bazat pe respectul drepturilor omului astfel cum este definit în Convenția sau în Protocolul său, DLARES.

26/01/2016 48052/13 Konstantinos TSIGGOS and Loukia NIKOLA 23/02/2016 33054/12 Athanasios VALAKOS 15/12/2015 76907/11 Apostolos VALIGIANNOPOULOS 26/04/2016 The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which provides that the Committee supervises the execution of friendly settlements as they appear in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Convention” and “the Court”), Considering that in these cases the Court, having taken formal note of the friendly settlements reached by the government of the respondent State and the applicants, and having been satisfied that the settlements were based on respect for human rights as defined in the Convention or its Protocols, decided to strike these cases from its list; Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State, DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
