1. The applicant, Mr Tiberiu Moldovanu, was born in 1959.
The applicant’s complaints under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention and Article 1 of the Protocol No. 1 concerning the non-enforcement or delayed enforcement of domestic decisions were communicated to the Romanian Government (“the Government”), who submitted observations on the admissibility and merits.
By letter dated 23 May 2018, sent by registered post, the applicant was invited to inform the Court about any developments of the proceedings at the domestic level since his last correspondence dated 1 November 2016. The applicant’s attention was drawn to Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, which provides that the Court may strike an application out of its list of cases where the circumstances lead to the conclusion that the applicant does not intend to pursue the application.
The applicant received this letter on 10 June 2018. However, no response has been received in reply. THE LAW
