El a fost reprezentat în fața Curții de către dl D.I. Gravin, avocat practicant la Moscova. Guvernul rus („Guvernul”) a fost reprezentat de dl M. Galperin, reprezentantul Federației Ruse la Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului.
Reclamantul s-a plâns în temeiul articolului 6 din Convenție cu privire la participarea unui procuror la proceduri civile la care reclamantul a fost parte. La 9 noiembrie 2018, reprezentantul reclamantului a informat Curtea că reclamantul a vrut să retragă cererea și nu a avut nici o dorință de a continua procedura. HOTĂRÂREA Având în vedere cele de mai sus și în absența unor circumstanțe speciale privind respectarea drepturilor garantate de Convenția sau de Protocolurile sale, Curtea, în conformitate cu articolul (a) din Convenție, consideră că nu mai este justificat continuarea examinării cererii. Având în vedere cele de mai sus, este necesar să se scoată cazul din listă. Din aceste motive, Curtea, în unanimitate, decide să excludă cererea din lista cazurilor sale.

DECISION Application no. 55670/17 Vasiliy Vadimovich KOROBEYNIKOV against Russia The European Court of Human Rights (Third Section), sitting on 21 May 2019 as a Committee composed of: Alena Poláčková, President, Dmitry Dedov, Gilberto Felici, judges, and Fatoș Aracı, Deputy Section Registrar, Having regard to the above application lodged on 21 July 2017, Having deliberated, decides as follows:
FACTS AND PROCEDURE
1. The applicant, Mr Vasiliy Vadimovich Korobeynikov, is a Russian national, who was born in 1973 and lives in Moscow. He was represented before the Court by Mr D.I. Gravin, a lawyer practising in Moscow.
The Russian Government (“the Government”) were represented by Mr M. Galperin, the Representative of the Russian Federation to the European Court of Human Rights.
The applicant complained under Article 6 of the Convention about participation of a prosecutor in civil proceedings to which the applicant had been a party.
On 9 November 2018 the applicant’s representative informed the Court that the applicant wanted to withdraw the application and had no wish to pursue the proceedings any further. THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application.
In view of the above, it is appropriate to strike the case out of the list. For these reasons, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases. Done in English and notified in writing on 13 June 2019. Fatoș Aracı Alena Poláčková Deputy Registrar President
