Caz Data hotărârii 15946/19 Naum GLAVONJI Dejan LAZAREVI ȘI 15 ALTE APLICAȚII 29/09/2020 65168/17+ Dragan JOVANOVII ȘI 8 ALTE APLICAȚII 17/12/2020 8150/18 Vukašin STOJANOVIV Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.

DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
