Caz Data deciziei 15241/20 Mila MIKECIN MIŠETI 45904/17 Vesna BEZJAK ȘI 6 ALTE APLICAȚII 26/08/2021 25940/18 Ivan FEKETII ȘI 6 ALTE APLICAȚII 09/09/2021 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.

paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
