Having satisfied itself that the terms of the friendly settlements were executed by the government of the respondent State (see documents DH-DD(2022)1053 , DH-DD(2022)1061 , DH-DD(2022)1081 , DH-DD(2022)1085 and DH-DD(2022)1093 ); DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
