Caz Data hotărârii 18225/21 Róbert ANDÓ ȘI 4 ALTE APLICAȚII 25/08/2022 19380/21 Lajos KORMOS ȘI 9 ALTE APLICAȚII 20/10/2022 29630/21 János SÁNDOR ȘI ALTE APLICAȚII 22/09/2022 42264/21 Attila KALOCSAI ȘI 9 ALTE APLICAȚII 22/09/2022 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a închide examinarea lor.

paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
