Caz Data deciziei 2511/22 Independ Print Limited and Seat Standard Limited 23/03/2023 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în acest caz, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluționarea prietenoasă atinsă de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții, și având în vedere că soluționarea s-a bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace acest caz din lista sa; Având în vedere faptul că termenii de soluționare prietenoasă au fost executați de Guvernul Statului pârât, DECLAREA că și-a exercitat funcțiile în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din Convenție și DECIDE pentru a încheia examinarea.
