Prima secțiune decizia nr. 35261/20 Luca BOLOGNESI GUELFI împotriva Italiei Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului (prima secțiune), care a stat la 31 octombrie 2023 în calitate de comitet compus din: Péter Paczolay , Președintele Gilberto Felici , Raffaele Sabato , judecători și Liv Tigerstedt, grefierul adjunct al secțiunii, având în vedere cererea depusă la 6 august 2020, După deliberare, hotărăște după cum urmează: FACTE ȘI PROCEDIMENTUL Dl Luca Bolognesi Guelfi este un național italian, născut în 1975 și locuiește în Ferrara. Reclamantul s-a plâns în conformitate cu art. 6 §§ 1, 2 și 3 lit. (d) și art. 13 din Convenție în legătură cu unele cuvinte dintr-un raport de poliție pe care l-a considerat prejudicial.

La 29 iulie 2023, reclamantul a informat Curtea că a vrut să își retragă cererea. HOTĂRÂREA Având în vedere cele de mai sus și în absența unor circumstanțe speciale privind respectarea drepturilor garantate de Convenția sau de Protocolele sale, Curtea, în conformitate cu articolul (a) din Convenție, consideră că nu mai este justificat să continue examinarea cererii. Având în vedere cele de mai sus, este necesar să se scoată cazul din listă. Din aceste motive, Curtea, în unanimitate, decide să excludă cererea din lista cazurilor sale. FACTS AND PROCEDURE

The applicant, Mr Luca Bolognesi Guelfi, is an Italian national, who was born in 1975 and lives in Ferrara. The applicant complained under Article 6 §§ 1, 2 and 3 (d) and Article 13 of the Convention in relation to some wording in a police report which he considered prejudicial to him. On 29 July 2023, the applicant informed the Court that he wanted to withdraw his application. THE LAW In the light of the foregoing, and in the absence of any special circumstances regarding respect for the rights guaranteed by the Convention or its Protocols, the Court, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention, considers that it is no longer justified to continue the examination of the application.
