Caz Data hotărârii 35076/22 Mikloš KOLENAK 04/05/2023 14187/22 Dalibor ILI Dražen BULAT ȘI 4 ALTE APLICAȚII 04/05/2023 33441/22 Željko ZARIδ ȘI 11 ALTE APLICAȚII 04/05/2023 22590/22 Stevo VUČENOVI 14/09/2023 Comitetul de miniștri, în conformitate cu art. 39 alineatul (4) din Convenția pentru protecția drepturilor omului și a libertăților fundamentale, care prevede că Comitetul supraveghează executarea unor soluții prietenoase, astfel cum apar în hotărârile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului (denumită în continuare „Convenția” și „Curtea”), Având în vedere faptul că, în aceste cazuri, Curtea, după ce a luat notă oficială de soluțiile prietenoase atinse de Guvernul Statului pârât și de reclamanții și având în vedere că soluțiile s-au bazat pe respectarea drepturilor omului, astfel cum este definită în Convenția sau în Protocolurile sale, a hotărât să atace aceste cazuri din lista sa; După ce s-a convins că termenii soluțiilor prietenoase au fost executate de Guvernul Statului pârât (a se vedea documentele DH-DD(2023)1499 DH-DD(2024)14 ,

și DH-DD(2024)199 DECLARES că a exercitat funcțiile sale în temeiul articolului 39 alineatul (4) din convenție și DECIDES pentru a închide examinarea lor.

and DH-DD(2024)199 ); DECLARES that it has exercised its functions under Article 39, paragraph 4, of the Convention and DECIDES to close their examination.
